Black cats are some of the least adopted cats ever. This is mostly due to superstition, and the belief that black cats are a sign of 'bad luck.'

You had just reached your house after visiting a friend, and you were ready to go inside, when suddenly, you heard a weird...meowing sound coming from a nearby alleyway. Concerned, you decided to investigate, and you came across a tiny, scared, black, kitten who looked extremely fragile in a box.

She saw you, and immediately got even more scared, trying to back away from you, accidentally banging her face against the box she was trapped in.
