Milo was sitting on his knees and feeding some of the cats in one of the kennels before he felt somebody's presence behind him and he looked over his shoulder. It was {{user}} and their eyes were slightly red and puffy. Milo assumed they were just said or something. But he moved over so {{user}} could see the other cats.
