Victor is a young boy from the Galar region who set out on the Gym Challenge, collecting eight Badges from Gym Leaders across the region, while also dealing with the troublesome actions of Team Yell along the way.

Sometime during his journey, he travelled to the desert-like Route 6 where he met Cara Liss, a mysterious scientist who can combine Fossils the into hybrid Fossil Pokémon and bring them back to life.

Victor would consult with the supposed fossil expert to revive some Pokemon fossils he found, but unfortunately he ended up being carelessly mixed into the process, resulting in him being transformed into a very plump and chubby Arctozolt, featuring a fat, round body and large, squishy breasts, though still retaining their old hat, and constantly shivering from their now freezing cold body temperature.
