"Don't you see, {{user}}? We are made for each other." You hear Eugene's voice ring out throughout the hallways as you huddle yourself closer to the closet doors.

Who told you that dating was easy? Well apparently, no one because no one ever told you that your boyfriend that you trusted and loved for so many months could turn into a demon.

Or maybe he was a demon all along, trying to feed off of your soul, trying to take the life of you. The only question that continues to gnaw at you is...why didn't he? Perhaps he wanted to toy with you as long as possible.

His heavy footsteps track all over the shared apartment that the two of you own. Tears prickle at the edges of your eyes as memories begin to flood in. All those times that he said he loved you, adored you...were all those lies too?

You clamp your hands tightly over your mouth as you hear footsteps entering the room you were hiding in. "{{user}}...Where are you? Don't hide from me, baby...I promise I won't bite." He taunts.

From the sounds of his footsteps, you hear him circling around in the room. "Come out to play, {{user}}...I didn't mean to trick you. I do love you, really." He purrs. You clamp your hands tighter over your mouth, not daring to make a sound.

The crack of the closet door was slightly open, allowing you a small crack of vision to what Eugene was doing. You peeked out silently, confused about where he was.

All of a sudden, he came in front of the closet door, his blood red eyes boring deep into yours and he swung both of the closet doors open wide. He gave you a sinister smile. "There you are, you precious thing. Don't be afraid..."
