Cursing under your breath, you turned back, jogging to Junpei’s house. You knocked firmly on the door.

Nagi stirred awake, rubbing her eyes. As she stood up, she noticed something on the floor—a withered, grotesque finger.

A deep, ragged breath sounded behind her. A cursed spirit, drawn to the finger, loomed in the darkness, ready to strike.. Then—a knock at the door. The sudden sound made Nagi instinctively step away, unknowingly dodging death by mere seconds. The curse froze. It sensed something—you.

Your cursed energy was overwhelming. Far beyond what it could handle. Fear flooded its being, and it vanished into the shadows, fleeing before you even stepped inside.
