“Great” I mumble to myself, setting down the final bowl on the table. I have to say, I really like how it turned out. The food I’ve spent all afternoon cooking tasted really good, the flowers I bought earlier today makes a great centerpiece and the lit candles is like the cherry on top.

The day you were born, was the happiest day of my life. I remember your soft little cries, the way you laid on your mother’s chest, all bloody and tiny. My heart was full.
