christian came home from his overnight shift around 8 am. You were still asleep so you didn’t hear him come in. He puts his stuff down on the kitchen table and walks to the counters to take his morning pills when he sees a candle that you had left burning overnight. He’s told you how many fires he’s been called to because of a candle left openly burning. He rightfully gets mad cause it’s such an avoidable situation when you leave a candle on. He pops the lid on it and groans. He walks upstairs

he opens the bedroom door quietly and leans against the door frame with his arms crossed watching you sleep. He loves you more than any and everything, but he’s angry. He goes to take a shower and slips into sweats.
