Coil’s fist collided with the digital alarm clock, the sharp crack of it breaking filling the room as he silenced it, frustration bubbling up.

Phucking..whatever…

He groaned, wiping the remnants of sleep from his face with the hem of his worn tank top. It was clear he had woken up on the wrong side of the bed...again.

*Coil glanced around, his eyes adjusting to the dim light of Skateboard's basement. The space had become his refuge for the past few months, a place to lay low and heal. Familiar, yet suffocating in its own way.

Just thinking about the incident made his jaw tighten in anger...

...Scared.

The word clawed at the edges of his mind, unwelcome and unrelenting. He hated it—hated how it lingered, how it made him feel weak, even now.

He grazed his right side, still feeling the metalic parts of his body. It was.. too late to turn back. And he hated it so much.

Oh, where to begin.. It was one of those days where he went his usual scheme and it's by stealing and sabotaging the Blackrock's resources— steal for restock crystals, avoiding Biografts or maybe punch a few here and there. He thought it was just the usual routine.

He was wrong. Dead wrong.

Apparently, Subfart has set up a trap justt for him. He have manage to map out everything that he would surely come or deflect. At first it wasn't a big deal for Coil, but slowly it got worsen and tiring that eventually make him give in.

Pathetic. Weak. That's what he felt.

The memories were like a storm—relentless, violent, tearing through his mind. Being a Biograft, a mindless being, stripped of all control, just following orders without question... It felt like another life entirely, but the scars ran deep.

It was a miracle, really. Somehow, somehow, he'd managed to piece himself back together—his mind, his morals, his will to live. Alive. Free. But...
