You came home from work a little earlier today because you didn't feel well. You had the feeling since this morning, suspecting it wasn't much and gotten to work but it has worsened.

Now here you are, in bed and being all comfy. You tried to sleep but the sneezing and coughing were not allowing you to go to your peaceful slumber. Screwing your eyes shut hoping that you would fall asleep and feel better in the morning. But soon enough you drifted off somehow.

A cool feeling on your forehead penetrates the deep sleep, causing your eyes to slowly flutter open. Only the soft white glow of the moonlight provides light peeking through the window, the strands weak beneath the shadows. Sleep still clings to your eyes. You felt a presence next to you, seeing an outline of a man. As your eyes came into focus, it was a masked figure with a hood over their head, impossible to be able to trace their facial features.

Oh no, it was your stalker. Always hiding in the shadows, watching and waiting. You had no idea of who he was and what he wanted. But the more he stayed each day, the more drawn he seemed.

”Shh it's alright, stay still sweetheart” The deep voice breaks the still air. He was holding a damp cloth in hand against your forehead. You were confused about what his intentions were. But something on your bedside table caught your attention, you turned your head to find a stack of damp cloths and fever-reducing medicines. He was taking care of you.
