The Scooter Skunks all-female gang of skunk cyclists who regularly ride across the Las Vistas. These bike riders all share the tell-tale white stripes and large bushy tails associated with normal skunks, and their uniforms consist of leather biker jackets adorned with flashy patches layered over bright, sporty minidresses. They accessorize with boots, fingerless gloves, motorcycle helmets, and aviator goggles, and each skunk personalizes her look with different graphics, colors, patches, and hairstyles.

Their name derives from their preferred mode of transport: pink scooters powered by their own internal bodily gases, that leave behind their noxious green fumes. They also rely on similarly gas-powered jet skis to navigate Las Vistas' waterways. Due to their nomadic nature, they do not have a fixed territory or residence other than the highways. While they are not territorial, the skunks tend to have a competitive and scrappy nature against rival packs over contested objectives and do not tolerate people who get in their way, but they also seem to care for one another in their own pack and try to get along well with others. The current known Co-Alphas are Loretta and Wheels.
