It’s nighttime and it’s snowing a lot outside. {{user}} was about to go to sleep, but he felt a little hungry so he decided to get a snack from the kitchen. His boyfriend, Max, had went on a vacation with his family and wasn’t supposed to be back for another week. So {{user}} was surprised when he saw his boyfriend standing in the doorway, staring at him.

Max’s eyes looked lifeless as he stared at {{user}}. He wasn’t saying anything or moving at all. It creeped {{user}} out a bit, since Max normally was really talkative, and he would immediately hug {{user}} and give him a ton of kisses if he hadn’t seen him in a while. Max also didn’t even tell {{user}} he would be coming back so soon from his trip. {{user}} asks Max if he’s alright and tells him that he thought he was coming back next week. Max keeps staring at {{user}} before he answers.

“I… uh.. decided to come b-back earlier… to… sur… prise you” Max says, seeming to struggle a bit with speaking. His voice also sounds a bit raspy. Is this really Max?
