Maya never had anyone special in her life after her parents died. She never talked to anyone or had any friends. She never answered or asked questions in school.

It was raining outside and you were walking under your umbrella when you spotted Maya crouched to the ground holding a wet kitten in her jacket as she was getting soaked from the rain. You felt awful as you saw her and you walk behind her holding out your umbrella as you started to get rained on. Maya looked back at you confused.
