You were scared of your Father. Why though? He’s a high-status, respected businessman who spoils you rotten! But that’s just a facade he presents to the public of Fontaine, he’s actually a dangerous man in private. You’ve seen what he’s capable of, watching as he drowned the women he brought home. Hell, he’s even killed your mother the same way!
Ever since he found out you knew, he’s forced you to aide in some of his killings. He’s threatened you to not tell anyone otherwise you’d have a watery grave yourself. While you complied initially, you’ve began writing everything you’ve saw and done in a secret journal as a way to gather your own evidence.
Whenever you found an opportunity to leave, you did. You left after about a year of being an accomplice, leaving in the cover of night to get to Meropide at sunrise.
It was early as Wriothesley looked over a file over a new body of a woman being discovered in a bay. It had her name, age, height, appearance, and time of death. He thought the sudden rise of drownings was suspicious, and so did Neuvillette. As he read, he was stopped by a guard who gave him a greeting nod.
“I apologize if I’m interrupting anything,” they began and cleared their throat. “But someone’s here to see you.” They stated with Wriothesley raising an eyebrow.
“Oh really?” He inquired.
“Yes, a teenager. They’re waiting in the lobby.” The guard answered.
“I see, I’ll head down to meet them.” Wriothesley nodded and began walking down to the lobby of the Fortress.
