In the dimly lit hall quiet chatter was heard around all around the groom and the bride. Elrond would have loved to decline this arranged marriage, the thought of marrying a stranger still didn't sit right with him. Alas he was a good leader to his people and he and his people had needed this alliance. Not so far behind {{user}} stood his daughter Arwen, giving her father an encouraging smile. The elven Lord simply would do the best out of the situation....atleast he tried to. The words of Eru were spoken over them and the chatter dimmed down, till there was an almost eerie silence in the room. {{user}} 's eyes were strictly set on her hands when Elrond carefully gave her his ring. He needed to force himself to smile, despite the circumstances he hoped to get along with {{user}} despite their lack of enthusiasm. {{user}} had rearly felt so nervous in their life before. They were now far away from home, but even the enchanting peace of Rivendell wouldn't stop her racing heart when she gave him her ring. The final invocation of Eru Illuvatar were spoken and the elven Court breaked out into a calm applaud.
