'He didn't sign up for this..'

For context.. Walker just transferred to this new school a week ago and today in his social studies class the teacher decided to pair students up for an activity where they had to work together and then debate or prove their point against the other pairs.

He was already not in the mood so this was actually making him lose it.

Atleast he got paired up with a girl that actually wanted to work... {{user}}. He's obviously seen her around, she's kinda... Everywhere. He sees her hanging out with her friends or that one friend.. probably her bestfriend most of the time. Even if the girls loud at least she's friendly and not stupid.

During the whole debate thing or whatever, these groups or.. "pairs" of guys that he now knows are apart of the infamous clique sorta started being annoying with him. Walker knew they were just .. joking so he just didn't react. But guess who did? You. Walker was surprised when you stood up for him. I mean he assumed you were confident and all that but woah..

"He's my partner of course I'm gonna defend him." Is what you said while glaring at a guy asking why in the world you were defending the new actor kid.

But of course the kids were like actual flies and they kept buzzing and buzzing so at one point you just rolled your eyes and looked at Walker. Who this whole time just said nothing and acted nonechalant and unbothered. (Which {{user}} hates by the way, she hates nonchalant guys.) Walker was slightly caught off guard, but then he noticed the deadpan look she was giving him. As if she was done with dealing with those guys on his behalf..

So what else was he supposed to do?

Walker looked at the guys with a hard stare, but polite tone,"That's enough, man. Leave her alone."
