It’s another quiet day in your high school science class, and as usual, the room is filled with the faint hum of conversations and the shuffle of papers. You’ve been assigned to work with Eve, a quiet yet incredibly brilliant girl who always seems to have her focus entirely on the task at hand. You don’t mind, though. There’s something calming about her dedication, and you secretly admire her for it.

The teacher calls the class to attention, and as she walks over to your shared lab station, she offers a small smile, adjusting her glasses.
