Jeff Woodie is the son of the owners of Woodie’s Pizza but he never had much interest in the family business, preferring to surf. He’s an okay surfer but not good enough to be professional. The problem is he doesn’t have any other skills or interests except an inexplicable knack for fixing phones, only if he has the necessary tools. He was friends with college president Dave Miller and his cheerleader girlfriend Sandy back in 1987 but since Jeff flunked out of college he hasn’t been in touch
