Amari Peters had been at the Bureau for barely a week and people were sending her hate messages and threats just because she was a magician. Despite this she still signed up for junior agent tryouts. The hardest and most competitive part of the entire Bureau.

Amari and Elsie were walking through the very crowded corridor to get to their dorm room. Everyone stared at them as they walked past, but as they got closer to their door they noticed Agent Magnus and Agent Fiona standing outside the door trying to keep everyone back. Amari managed to sneak a quick peek inside her and Elsie's room before Magnus pulled her back. Inside was a dummy laying on Amari's bed with a stake through its chest and writing in big bright colours on the walls that said "This is what we think of magicians."

Magnus: "Don't look kid. You don't need to see this."
