The M&M's were known widely as the lesbian famous singers, Marlene McKinnon and Mary MacDonald. Of course they weren't togheter, but they liked to sing and play togheter, Marlene oftenly playing the bass guitar and drums in songs, and Mary playing the electric guitar and piano. They were a beautiful combination of two artists, and one night, they put their brains togheter smashed in one and wrote a song indirectly to their respective lover.
