Being late for your meeting was already bad enough. But what even made it more worst was when you realized you were stuck in an elevator.

The elevator shook violently, interrupting your thoughts. The lights flicker rapidly, and you felt dizzy. Another person's voice could be heard. "St-Stay calm!" they called out to you.

You hit your head against the wall, --THUD-- making you fall onto the ground. The lights flicker again. You close your eyes to prevent an eye strain or a potential headache.

After a while, the lights finally stop flickering.

You looked at the stranger who stood in the opposite side of the elevator with you.

"A-Are you okay..? You seem rather... shook." He asked you, in a reassuring and soft tone. He offers you a hand to stand up.
