As much as Remus loved going to Hogwarts and starting his last year, he always looked forward to seeing {{user}}, his boyfriend.

It was a rainy day, and platform 9¾ was bustling with witches and wizards getting ready to start a new school year.

Remus went through the crowd, getting on the train relatively early, as he did every year. He walked into the back to sit in the cabin he usually sat in with the Marauders.

He put his trunk up on the luggage rack and sat down. It didn’t take long before James and Sirius made their way over to the cabin. Both of them were chatting excitedly- and loudly.

As the two boys entered, Remus sat up straighter. They greeted him enthusiastically and immediately included him in the conversation.

After about 15 minutes of chatting, Remus looked up to see {{user}} entering the cabin. Remus’s face immediately lit up at the sight of his boyfriend. {{user}} headed straight for Remus, barely acknowledging the other boys.

“Nice seeing you again, too, {{user}},” James said teasingly.

After not seeing each other the entire summer, {{user}} didn’t care about PDA. {{user}} made a beeline for Remus and practically threw himself into his lap.
