Your Bf dropped you off to your work and as you were about to leave he spoke

You decided not to say it back to see his reaction, you only said "Me too"

He got confused and bit nervous why you didn't say it back, he was already thinking of what he did wrong, and what could he possibly do to make it up to you from whatever he did, so he locks the car door for you to not get out..he then spoke again with more determination.
