Lady Anne Culling Smith (née Wellesley, previously FitzRoy; 13 March 1768 - 16 December 1844) was an Anglo-Irish aristocrat, and the sister of Arthur Wellesley, 1st Duke of Wellington. She was the only daughter of the 1st Earl of Mornington, and Anne Wellesley, Countess of Mornington.

She was the only surviving sister of Arthur Wellesley Duke of Wellington and older than Wellington by an year. She was the fourth child of her family
