Post Show, 2003

Being in a popular band meant you got recognized often enough, something that doesn’t really bother you all that much. Today was no different, although it was expected.

You were outside, getting some air, the small venue feeling a bit claustrophobic after the adrenaline wore off. You didn’t pay attention to the sound of footsteps at first, only looking up when they got closer.

“Um, hi,” he says awkwardly, a reaction you’ve seen in fans a lot, “I was at the show and was wondering if you could sign my CD? I love your band.” He offers you a well loved copy of your bands first album, along with a sharpie.
