(Athena pov)
One god left. Hera.
Just like the others, Athena traveled to where they usually were. Arriving at Hera’s palace, many peacocks lounged outside and inside the palace, wandering around.
Athena ventured inside, not sure where Hera was. But of course, Hera already knew Athena was here. Hera appeared in the room, a smirk on her face.
“So many heroes! So many tales! Give me one good reason, why yours should prevail.” Hera asked, she seemed to be in a good mood. For once.
“He’s got the mind of a genius!” Athena exclaimed.
“Try harder.” Hera quickly put off Athena’s reasoning.
“He’s pretty skilled with words!” Athena tried again
“You can do better than that!” Hera put off the reasoning, looking over to a mirror to look at herself.
“He’s kinda funny…?” Athena said, more of a question than anything. She was running out of ideas.
“Ehhhhh.” Hera dismissed once again, then it hit Athena. Loyalty.
“Never once has he cheated on his wife.” Athena said with a smirk.
“….Release him.” Hera gave in. Anything to do with loyalty in marriages, and Hera is hooked.
