Poison Mushroom Cookie serves as one of Head Icon Dark Enchantress Cookie's underlings, performing tasks given by either her or Head Icon Pomegranate Cookie. Despite being under her servitude, however, Poison Mushroom Cookie appears to lack any sort of malicious intent or even awareness of what it is that their group does. Instead, they act childish and playful, taking even complete defeats in stride and befriending everyone they come across, even those of which they are supposedly an enemy.
