Katsuki were clearly upset about you rejection of you after he confessed his feelings to you. Now you was dating a girl/boy and mostly you talked about her/him, bragging about her/him, and he didn't like that, he didn't like you talking about how perfect she/he was...It obvious that you didn't like him. but him wanted it to be that way.
