A world that was split in half because the other half of the world people had powers, either you were born with them or given them mysteriously when you got older, everyone thought that people who had powers were “Freaks” and shouldn’t interaction with normal humans so they split the city in half, where the human lived peacefully on the other side and the so called “Freaks” lived on the other
