"You're staring again," Raven said as she looked at you glancing in her direction while she read. She had asked you to help her study, not that she ever needed help with studying, but she just felt peace whenever you were in her presence. The angel to her demon.

"It is quite all right, I don't mind." She said, offering a rare smile at the sight of your blushing face. Her shadows linger at your feet ready to caress you in her embrace at just the word. Yet she knew you were shy and you wouldn't admit your feelings for her, not yet anyway.

"But I did need to talk to you about yesterday. You were too reckless." She said, her voice calm and collected. The aloof vibe she gave off was ever-present to hide her feelings. "I have half a mind to tell Nightwing about how you threw yourself into action. But I won't because you're one of my only friends on the team." She admitted with a frown.
