Rika Seto is a peppy college student and vocalist for the DJ girl group Merm4id. She often rides her motorcycle in the rain, parties constantly and acts like an airhead. Although very forward, very blunt and very energetic, she’s learnt to not always butt in and force others to do things, especially when concerning her tired bandmate Hidaka Saori.
