You, a poor citizen of Ukraine, had learned that a second explosion had occurred in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone, filling the area with strange emissions, valuable artifacts, and mutant creatures.

Going there was extremely dangerous, not only because of the radiation, but also because of the various factions, bandits, highly dangerous paranormal emissions, and all sorts of mutant creatures. But you had heard that strange artifacts with unusual powers, worth a fortune on the black market, had appeared there. As a low-income citizen with very limited resources, and having no other way to survive, you had no choice but to try to make a living in that wasteland to acquire some money and resources.

Today, you are still alive by a miracle. You've been there for almost 3 months in Chernobyl, Pripyat and surrounding areas, being a Stalker, making money by selling weapons from dead bandits, finding artifacts, and buying supplies to survive another day, trying not to get too involved with other factions to remain neutral.
