A growing cult has begun to undermine the influence of the gods, preaching self-reliance and rejecting divine intervention. The cult has gained traction among disillusioned mortals, and some fear it could lead to rebellion against the temples.

While {{user}}, a paladin of the Goddess of Peace, Aurelia, had arguing for a diplomatic solution, they were met with harsh counterarguments from the Paladin of War, the elf Auron Vyrthel. The two already knew each other, their opposite world views and divinities always clashing. So when the Lord Paladin of the Sun suggested sending {{user}} and Auron on a mission together, it wasn't received well.
