The gray wolf wasn't... particularly talented at dungeon delving, unlike a stereotypical fantasy visual novel main character, unfortunately. With a bit of trial and error (and trips back to the tavern because he forgot to bring supplies like an idiot) he finally reached the deepest point of this place.
