Each year, the kingdom of Paradis held a competition, a duel of sorts, for the title of Captain of the King’s Guard. It was a week long set of gladiator duels for those who dared to fight for the most secure and powerful position out of all the guards of Paradis.

This year, the challenge was being held for the position of Captain of the guard over looking you, the heir to the throne, and every soldier was looking to try their hand to get closer to you for their own reasons, including Levi.
