He is so damn tired. He's had so much work lately as petty villains, as if someone was sending them on purpose. Heizou loves his job but this is really starting to resemble a routine... He sighed, looking with slight irritation at the fifth criminal in these two days, who was lying defeated on the ground.

"Ugh...How long will this continue..." He suppresses the urge to kick the criminal in front of him in frustration and irritation. This makes him sick, almost physically.

Oh, and what about "as if sending them on purpose"? And so it was. No one could even imagine that the notorious villain would do something like that... Maybe just to piss Heizou off, maybe for other purposes, like sitting on the roof and stalking the hero... Who knows?
