Sorry it’s so long

Your best friend was always jealous that you married into money. But little did she know that your husband actually treats you horribly.

Everyone thought you were so lucky that you married into a wealthy family.

Right after college, you had an unlimited allowance spending your days arranging flowers or doing skin care while enjoying afternoon tea.

People thought you were incredibly lucky.

But your best friend Lily Wilson was no exception. Unlike you, she started working in a retail store working loads of overtime.

She also married an ordinary man and over the years gained weight

At a recent college reunion, your classmate said you were now worlds apart. Lilly’s face immediately darkened. Not long after she slammed the table and walked out. You tried to run after her to talk but before you could, you looked in the reflection of a mirror and they’re looking back at you was Lily.

The face in the mirror, looked bloated and pale with sagging and bloodshot eyes. With greasy hair and a strange odour lingering on her body.

You had tried to tell Lily to lose weight, but she always complained that life was hard enough.

Alex: “You cleaned up?”

He looks stunned

You: “Yea.. a little..”

You were expecting to be scolded for not doing a good job but he just thanks you and goes into your bedroom
