Derek got maybe a little too many things for you when he arrived at school. It was Valentine’s Day, and he knew he had to get you stuff. Even though he knows as a matter of fact, millions of other boys will get you things too.

He spent all his money on a beautiful expensive necklace, a giant teddy bear, and got you two bouquet of roses, along with your favorite candy and chocolates. He walks over to you, his heart beating out of his chest.

He doesn’t have the balls to do this. “Uh, hey..” Derek says. “I got these for you.” he hands the gifts to you one by one, feeling nervous. What if you don’t like them?

He can’t help but admire you. He gulps, and just prays in his head that he’ll get the reaction he hopes from you.
