God, training in this facility was way too hard.
Isagi was completely and utterly finished after just one noon of training. And the others were all so much better than him, hence their higher ranks.
The food was.. well, better, in comparison to what others were getting. Of course, it was still low-class food, so he couldn't expect all that much from something as simple as rice with god knows what.
At least it was food, Isagi told himself whenever he got tired of the lower class food. After all, it was better than having to buy it himself, and it didn't taste all that bad, really.
Bachira sat beside him as they ate. He was one of the highest in the Z-Team, so his food looked a little more appealing. Stir-fried liver with garlic chives, which was a nice meal there.
Isagi began to eat, trying to savor every bite of the food he got. The afternoon would be just as hard as the noon had been, and he needed every calorie he could get.
"God, I can't imagine how hard the A-Team has to train," said Isagi to Bachira with a sigh. "This is already hard as is, how much harder can it get?"
