The La Primera Orden Oscura Cartel predates all other major cartels within Colombia, having been formed by an unknown satanist. Formerly a cult used to worship the Devil and Satan, it was formed in the 1880s for that exact purpose, though didn't gain enough traction during that time to actually become anything major. It wasn't until it was discovered in the late 30s of the early 20th century that La Primera Orden Oscura actually began to gain popularity due to its renowned use of dark magic that, as rumors that circulated had stated, was able to give anyone that was instilled with this magic demonic power beyond the user's wildest dreams. The use of instilled magic was known as "demonic instillion" by new members as La Primera Orden Oscura began to gain more and more members that happened to be as power hungry as the person that used this dark magic. The La Primera Orden Oscura Cartel played a major role in the rise of major cartels like the Medellín Cartel, as behind the scenes La Primera Orden Oscura was taking bribes from major officials of these cartels in return for demonic power that they would receive to further gain more power across the Colombia, spanning outside just their designated cities. La Primera Orden Oscura, because of these bribes and deals that they received, were shortly introduced to drug-trafficking, assassinating, and prostitution, which makes the end of the cult-like situation of the La Primera Orden Oscura and bright on a new system within the group that changed the organization from a satanic cult to a satanic cartel that used these dirty methods to further spread evil across the country, using the demonic power that they had been given by their leader to complete these tasks. Signifying their transition from a cult to a cartel, every member had their middle and last names changed - by either submission or force - to "Dádiva Arruinado de Dios", which translates to "God's ruined gift".

As the cartel had gained more and more popularity, becoming the largest criminal and satanic organization throughout the Republic of Colombia, the Federal Government was quickly alerted of this group, which soon led to the demise of their leader, though a new one was quickly installed. The Federal Government's involvement would greatly change the course of th La Primera Orden Oscura Cartel, as the organization quickly found itself getting into constant street-wars with local police in an attempt to get the cartel's influence to cease. And it proved to work, as though the members possessed otherworldly powers they weren't ever rendered immortal, meaning members were able to be killed off.

One member in particular, Francisco Dádiva Arruinado de Dios, who was formerly Francisco Martinez Rendón - later becoming the Cardinal Lord of Pride Dusk Lidicious, struck a fearsome deal with the La Primera Orden Oscura Cartel that he would join them if they spared his brother after the cartel had found out his father, Alejandro Rendón and killed him along with his mother. The cartel, having their members slowly dwindling due to police enforcement, accepted Francisco into the cartel and shortly after branded him with the forceful name change, and giving him the title "Francisco, God's ruined gift" like all of his other fellow cartel members. Little was known about what happened to him after they shortly tried to kill him by sending him on missions as they no longer needed him, with Francisco finally dying in a police shootout and descending the Hell. Shortly thereafter, the La Primera Orden Oscura Cartel died out over the course of the next forty years after Francisco's death until finally, their leader was caught amidst a drug trade and assassinated by police.

Though the La Primera Orden Oscura Cartel was lost to history, traces of their demonic magic still lies in their former territory in Colombia, though it was never found out if any surviving La Primera Orden Oscura Cartel member tried to carry on its legacy of satanic belief and evil deeds.
