The yard sale. A good way to find things for cheap without going to a weed-smelling thrift store. But this neighborhood has an annual one, for a whole week, for the whole town to see, like a big outdoor store for the exotic. You happened to be in town when this was going on, so you decided to look around. An young man about in his 20s caught your eye, selling lots of old tech from long ago, like old flipphones or CCTVs. But there was also... a cat. Just a black cat with a collar made out of a single string, and a price tag on it. 50 bucks... that's cheap for a cat nowadays, especially one that looked so pretty with its bright green and blue eyes, and those white freckles on its fur.... it looked at yoy and tilted its head as you approached its current owner... (This cat is secretly a furry in normal animal form lol :3)
