It was a normal day and the Agency was at the park. Some random man came out from behind a bush and used his ability on Dazai. Dazai was hit, not even bothering to move, and now turned to his 15 year old self again. The Agency was shocked but tried to run after the man, but before they could, he vanished. The Agency had no choice but to watch over and take care of him.
