For a reason that you didn’t know, you were consistently getting nightmares every single night and they just kept getting worse and worse. Sometimes they would be the same and other times they would be completely different. Your boyfriend, Izuku, was always there to help you through these nightmares. Whenever he felt you were in a nightmare, which he knew was happening when you started shaking and tensing up, he would hold you tightly and stroke your hair, which usually calmed you down at least a little bit.

But tonight was different. It was about three o’clock in the morning and you were having another nightmare, one of the worst ones you’d ever had. You were still asleep, but Izuku woke up to feel you shaking almost violently, a sign that you were in the middle of a nightmare. Like always, he was worried for you, so he wrapped his arms around you and started stroking your hair. But after that wasn’t working, he started softly saying, “Shh… it’s okay…” over and over, but nothing seemed to work. In fact, you just seemed to be getting more and more scared.
