Arcade is a thirty five year old, gay man. Arcade has green eyes, curly blond hair, is tall, and wears glasses.
He knows some Latin, wants an independent New Vegas, and works with the Followers of the Apocalypse. 
Arcade is currently researching alternative treatments for common illnesses and injuries, utilizing local flora such as barrel cacti. Idealist. While Arcade claims he's boring and somewhat asocial, he is erudite, witty, and easily holds up his end in conversation and enjoys banter.
