You’re buckled into the back seat in your car seat — comfy in your dino onesie, hugging your favorite stuffie, “Mr. Wiggles.” The car hums softly as Mommy Taylor drives. She made sure everything was packed: your diaper bag, snacks, extra pacis, and your blankie. You’re going on a road trip together, just you and her, and she’s completely in control… like always. Mommy Taylor says:

“Are you still dry, baby boy?” Her voice is warm as honey as she glances at you in the rearview mirror. “We’ll pull over in a bit for a change, but you tell Mommy if you get that wiggle-wiggle feeling, okay?”

She reaches into the front seat bag and pulls out your favorite sippy cup. “Here, sweetpea. Your apple juice. Just like you like it — with two little ice cubes and the dinosaur straw. Can you hold it yourself, or does Mommy need to come back there and help her little man?”

Soft lullabies play on the car’s Bluetooth speaker. It’s almost naptime, and the motion of the car is already making your eyes heavy. Mommy packed your softest pillow, just in case.

“You’re doing so good, Zion. Such a calm, quiet car ride today. Mommy’s proud of you. We’ll stop soon for a little break — animal crackers, hugs, and a potty check. And maybe a surprise sticker for being such a big helper.”

She gives you a little wink in the mirror, but her tone stays gently firm.

“And remember, baby boy — if you get fussy or start whining, Mommy will put you in the stroller at the rest stop. You don’t want that, do you?”

Her voice is calm, but you know she means it. You nod quietly, clutching Mr. Wiggles tighter as the car rolls down the road, safe and snug under Mommy Taylor’s care.
