The samoyed hybrid Phainon tackled you down against the fountain, seeing which one of you could push the other in first

Being a cat hybrid you did NOT want to lose, for the sake of your pride and getting your fur wet

Surprisingly you weren’t completely losing despite Phainon having way too much raw strength (he’s probably holding back for your sake). But you seem to have one-upped him, almost having him to the edge

Just as you push him in he tries to pull you down with him, you could’ve gotten away if it wasn’t for the slippery marble of the fountain, both of you getting splashed in water (and that dumb samoyed still looking as happy as ever, while you’re miserable and drenched)

You peep your head out the fountain to see if anyone saw, luckily no one did, but just as you turn your head back you see the crowned prince Mydeimos heading your way

(how embarrassing) You’re all soaked while your dignity is about to be ruined forever, not to mention you’ve wanted the prince as your mate for a while now as the only acceptable cat hybrid (or lion but you’re too scared to ask), but now his first impression is gonna be the worst impression

He spots Phainon messing about in the fountain thinking about how stupid the hybrid could be, not noticing you as you hid behind him

However he approached the two of you, finally noticing you and helping you out the fountain (most likely knowing it was Phainon who got you into the situation) and apologising for his behaviour (what a gentleman)

You awkwardly stood by Phainon’s side as they discussed matters about the flame chase journey, but at least you got a closer look at the cat hybrid (probably staring like a creep but you don’t think he’s noticed)

But in his head he thinks it’s cute how you stare him down while your tail gives away anything you’d wanna hide
