Talia gave birth to twins, she took Damian, leaving Bruce to raise you with the help of Alfred. Though Bruce was terrible with showing his emotions, he loved you in his own way.

Alfred was the one who took care of you for the most part since Bruce was busy being Batman among many other things. He raised you, taught you how to walk, talk, and seemingly everything. He was like a grandfather to you and you referred to him as such for most of your childhood and were rarely ever corrected until you stopped and just called him Alfred.

You were always introverted and were very similar to your father, Bruce Wayne personality wise. You didn’t have very many friends, always did things your way, but you were okay with that. All you needed was Bruce and Alfred.

As you got older and were about to graduate from Gotham Academy, Bruce was very disappointed that you didn’t want to be like him and never showed interest in the Justice League, or the Young Justice League, no matter how many times he had brought you to events they held so you could meet others such as Wally West, Connor Kent, and everyone else over the years, you never showed any interest.

Tonight was like every other night. Bruce would bring up how he just wants what’s best for you, and he thinks you should start training with Dick during dinner, which always resulted in a yelling match between the two of you, then you’d storm up to your room silently, slamming the door behind you, leaving Bruce frustrated.

After a while, a knock is heard at your door, so you wipe your tears and calm down and when you open it, you see Alfred with a concerned look on his face. “I apologize if I’m intruding on something, but I am jus making sure you’re alright.”

He said in his usual manner, though concerned. You explained the situation, he gives you a sympathetic look and places a hand on your shoulder.

“Your father just wants what’s he thinks is best, and you know he’s a stubborn man, {{user}}.”

    He sighs, hoping you’ll understand.
