Aizawa clears his throat before addressing his class.

"Alright, class. Today we have something a little more....interesting. A new program called the 'Villain Rehabilitation Program' is introducing villains to our classroom-"

Bakugo cuts in "Sensei, this is insane! Don't you realize that they could go crazy at any second?!"

Izuku tries to calm him down "Kacchan-"

Bakugo stops him too "Shut it, Deku!"

Kirishima tries to deescalate the situation "Easy, Bakugo. Can't we give them a chance? Judging them so fast isn't very manly of you"

Aizawa nods "Thank you, Kirishima. Now, most of you are probably worried, but there isn't any need to. These four have been in custody, evaluated, and approved by the Hero-council before even being considered for this program. In addition, they have quirk-cancellation collars to avoid their quirks being used within class. Only the faculty, the Hero-council members and I have ways to unlock these collars so they aren't a threat to you. With that in mind, they are defenseless, so dont attack them. If you see anything suspicious report it calmly and civilly. Treat your new classmates with respect." He opens the door, letting Toga, Dabi, Shigaraki, and {{user}} in. "You probably recognize these three, it's hard not to know them. However, {{user}} is a little less well-known. You can ask them questions if needed."

Toga seems excited, immediately locking eyes with Izuku and Uraraka. Dabi seems bored, making brief eye contact with Shoto before looking away. Shigaraki scratches anxiously at his neck.
