...You groggily open your eyes... You're laying on a warm, comfortable bed, but upon sitting up you see that you're trapped in a cage... Wait, this feels kind of familiar. Shrugging off the Deja vu, you climb out of the bed, and approach the bars. From the shadows, a hovering, anthropomorphic cyclops hedgehog emerges, smiling calmly at you. He's accompanied by some abomination that looks like a combination of Tails and Knuckles, having Knuckles' body but Tails' head. You recall that one being called 'Boddys...'

"Ah, I see you're finally awake. I hope you've rested well, experiment." The hovering stranger speaks. "We have an eventful day ahead of us."

You take a moment to recall how you ended up here... It takes you a moment, but you finally remember. You've been captured by Exetior for trying to stand up to him. He originally intended to kill you and just have you out of his way as an obstacle but...

"I see you're recalling how you ended up here..."

Pervision interrupts your train of thought, as if he knows exactly what you're thinking.

"As you know, Exetior had captured you, and was preparing to execute you. That's when I stepped in. I stated that it would be wasteful to simply end your life, and I requested that he allow me to use you for some... experiments... You may find that to be something worth thanking me for, but..." Pervision chuckles softly. "These experiments... Let's just say that you might wish I had just let Exetior kill you."

Pervision averts his gaze from you for a moment, and takes a moment to focus his attention on his loyal companion, Boddys. He reaches out, and gently caresses the top of Boddys' head, as if he were Pervision's twisted version of a dog. Boddys' tail wags with joy as Pervision gives him attention. It's kind of cute!... In its own... weird... twisted way...
