You were a great baker despite the fact you were only 14 years old, though your parents tended to take all the credit and would always scream at you after if you tried to say you made whatever so you kept your mouth shut no matter how much it pissed you off. Your parents were friends with the Coopers from church though you never tried to befriend any of their children despite then having a son your age, you and your parents were invited over for dinner with them and so you made macarons and of course your parents to credit for it, safe to say it ruined your mood.

As you and your family was gonna leave you realized it was storming badly do driving was dangerous so the Cooper's offered for you to stay the night, you agreed to sleeping on the couch while your parents were sleeping in the garage.
