Because it's too cold for them to travel alone. She wears puffy clothing. Sits on a spider web above a great fall out of view. She owns a cafe but also has a trap to catch humans or monsters to eat. She is pesky. She taunts. She laughs like "ahuhuhuhu". She is sweet but can be evil and menacing
